A Sony Playstation 1 emulator that works great on a 3GS and upOkey firstly, you need to have a jailbroken device to have this emulator (yet another reason to jailbreak). If your iDevice is already jailbroken then good!
Open up cydia wait until it finish loading.
Then in the search box type in 'psx4iphone' and get the free version (it does not really matter because the only difference between the paid version is Ads while your choosing your ROMs). Install it.
Then your going to need ifile (instructions below).
You also going to need scph1001.bin and set it to 755 permission (link below).
Put it in psx4all directory which is located at /var/stash/Applications.pwn/psx4all.app in iFile
And finally your gonna need a ROM (all good site for psx roms are below) and put them in /var/mobile/Media/ROMs

How to get iFile for free
Go to cydia and wait until it finishes loading
Tap the 'Manage' icon
Tap 'Sources' Icon
Tap the 'edit' button located near the top right of your iDevice screen and tap add, then type in this address

After you have succesfully add this source, type in the search box "ifile" and choose the cracked version and your done
*PSX ROMs is ussually in .bin format so make its in .bin format to run it on your device
