How To Install :
1- After extraction, right click Grand Theft Auto IV.arc file and extract it with Free Arc.
2- After complete extraction, extract extrafiles.7z file and move the extracted folder to the directory that was extracted in the previous step
3- Right click Globe Converter.exe inside the pc folder which is inside the Grand Theft Auto IV folder and run as administrator (if your not an administrator)
4- Search for LaunchGTAIV.exe inside the Grand Theft Auto IV folder, right click it and click create shortcut
5- Right click the shortcut and click properties, then add -norestriction in the target field like this
6- After that click okay and drag your shortcut to your desktop and play (right click and run as administrator if you are not an admin)
7- If you want an icon in your shortcut, right click your shortcut, click properties and click change icon, and a window will appear and click browse. Search for GTAIV.ico in Grand Theft Auto IV folder and done.
